Common use of Establishment of Collateral Trust Account Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Collateral Trust Account. (a) In accordance with the Collateral Trust Agreement to be entered into between the Parties and the Trustee as of the date hereof, the Reinsurer shall have procured, on or prior to the date hereof, with and in the name of the Trustee, a segregated trust account maintained by the Trustee with account number 00000000 (the “Collateral Trust Account”), to be held for the benefit of each of the Reinsured pursuant to the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement.

(a) In accordance with the terms of the Collateral Trust Agreement to be entered into between among the Parties and the Trustee as of the date hereofClosing Date, the Reinsurer shall have procured, on or prior to the date hereof, with and in the name of the Trustee, Trustee a segregated trust account maintained by the Trustee with account number 00000000 (the “Collateral Trust Account”), to be held for the benefit of each of the Reinsured pursuant to the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement.
