Common use of Establishment of Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Credit Facility. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Lenders hereby establish in favour of the Borrower a reducing revolving term credit facility in an amount equal to the Credit Limit (as such amount may be reduced from time to time).
