Common use of Establishment of Group II Series Accounts Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Group II Series Accounts. To the extent specified in the Group II Series Supplement with respect to any Series of Group II Notes, the Trustee may establish and maintain one or more Group II Series Accounts and/or administrative sub-accounts of the Group II Collection Account to facilitate the proper allocation of Group II Collections in accordance with the terms of such Group II Series Supplement.
