Establishment of Incremental Facilities. The Borrower may by written notice to the Administrative Agent elect to seek (1) commitments to increase the Revolving Credit Commitments of any Class (any such increase, an “Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment”) and/or (2) commitments for the establishment of a Class of Term Loans or, following the establishment of any Class of Term Loans hereunder, increase the principal amount of such Class of Term Loans (any such new Class or increase, a “Term Loan” and, together with any Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment, the “Incremental Facilities”); provided that the establishment of any Incremental Facility shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
