Establishment of Managed Account. Client shall establish a Managed Account with (“Clearing Broker”) being mutually acceptable to both the Client and Typhon, funds and/or securities sufficient enough to be able to trade a nominal account size of US$ , the initial Net Asset Value on which Typhon shall engage in Trading Activities.
