Common use of Establishment of Note Distribution Account Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Note Distribution Account. The Indenture Trustee has heretofore established with itself in its trust capacity at its corporate trust department for the benefit of Securityholders an account referred to herein as a Note Distribution Account. The Indenture Trustee shall at all times maintain the Note Distribution Account as an Eligible Account and shall cause such account to be designated "First Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee in trust for Mego Mortgage Home Loan Asset Backed Securities, Series 1997-3 Note Distribution Account."
