ESTABLISHMENT OF PARTICIPANT’S CUSTODIAL ACCOUNT. 2.1 The Custodian shall establish and maintain a Custodial Account for the exclusive benefit of the Participant or his/her Beneficiary (ies). If this is an inherited XXX within the meaning of Code Section 408(d)(3)(C) maintained for the benefit of a Beneficiary of a deceased individual, references in this document to the "individual" are to the deceased individual. The Custodial Account shall be kept in a manner which will permit an accurate determination of the contributions and any other transactions made by, or on behalf of, the Participant. The Participant shall promptly notify the Custodian orally or in writing of any change in Participant’s address and in writing of any change in Participant’s name.
