Establishment of Programs. 2.1. From time to time, the Secretariat of the GEF (the “Secretariat”) may submit to the GEF Council, meeting as the Council of the GBF Fund (the “Council”), for approval proposals for the establishment of programs of activities to be financed by the Trust Fund (each, a “Program”, and collectively, “Programs”), taking into account the guidance of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity. Each proposal will contain the name and objectives of the Program proposed. 2.2. Following approval by the Council as described in paragraph 2.1 above, the Chief Executive Officer of the GEF (the “CEO”) will request the Trustee to, and the Trustee shall, upon such request, establish, for the purpose of contributions, commitments, transfers and use of Trust Fund resources, a sub- account (each, a “Program Account”, and collectively, “Program Accounts”) under the Trust Fund in respect of each Program approved by the Council. 2.3. When the Contributor makes contributions to the Trust Fund, it shall designate in writing one or more Programs to which its Contribution funds shall be allocated, specifying the amount of funds to be allocated to each of the Programs so designated. The Trustee shall allocate the Contribution funds to Program Accounts solely based on such designation from the Contributor. 2.4. Commitment and transfer of Trust Fund resources approved by the Council or, as the case may be, the CEO, as set out in paragraph 4.1 below, shall be made from the Program Account established for a particular Program so designated by the Council or the CEO, as applicable, in respect of such commitment and transfer. The Trustee shall make such commitment and transfer only if a particular Program is designated by the Council or the CEO as applicable.
Establishment of Programs. Both parties hereto agree to cooperate in the support and maintenance of programs of nursing and respiratory care instruction in Rapid City, South Dakota. The parties agree that there shall be two programs of instruction (USD and SDSU) leading to the awarding of BSN degrees and one program (USD) leading to AS degrees in nursing, and one program for respiratory care (DSU) leading to AS or BS degrees. The parties recognize that the public's needs / future circumstances may require program changes. This Agreement is not intended to restrict the BOR from responding to such needs and circumstances by making program changes which they, in their sole discretion, believe will more efficiently or appropriately provide health care graduates to meet the needs of the population of South Dakota.
Establishment of Programs. A. A Peer Assistance and Review Program (“PAR program”) shall be established effective July 1, 2000, to provide services for all probationary teachers, volunteers, and any tenured teacher referred as a result of an unsatisfactory annual or biennial evaluation. Participants shall be known as PAR participants. The PAR and BTSA programs are designed solely for the purpose of improving teaching, not terminating teachers. The confidentiality of all participants in the program shall be respected at all times. B. Effective July 1, 2001, all probationary teachers or any teacher without a clear credential shall be served by the BTSA (Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment Program.) Those participants shall be known as BTSA Beginning Teachers. All rights and responsibilities of PAR Participating Teachers outlined below shall also be assigned to BTSA Beginning Teachers. All rights and responsibilities of PAR Consulting Teachers (see Section 20.6) shall also be assigned to BTSA Support Providers.

The PAR and Teacher Induction programs are designed solely for the purpose of improving teaching, not terminating teachers. The confidentiality of all participants in the program shall be respected at all times. B. Effective July 1, 2001, any unit member without a clear credential shall be served by the Teacher Induction Program.
Establishment of Programs. 2.1. From time to time, the Secretariat (the “Secretariat”) of the Global Environment Facility (the “GEF”) will submit to the Council of the GEF (the “Council”), for endorsement, proposals for the establishment of programs of activities to be financed by the SCCF (jointly, the “Programs”, individually, a “Program”), pursuant to the guidance of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (the “UNFCCC”). Each proposal will contain the name and objectives of the Program so proposed.
Establishment of Programs. Prior to the Applicable Transition Date, but effective upon the termination of benefits provided under the Health and Welfare Plans (i.e., for workers’ compensation, disability and other welfare claims as of the Applicable Transition Date, and for medical, dental and life insurance benefits, the first day of the month following the month in which the Applicable Transition Date occurs), the MTA Bus Company shall have established and shall maintain workers’ compensation, medical, dental, life insurance, disability benefits and other health and welfare programs that provide the MTA Transit Alliance Company Employees and MTA Transit Alliance Company Retirees, and their respective eligible dependents and beneficiaries, with health and welfare benefits no less favorable in the aggregate than those they had immediately prior to the Applicable Transition Date. The MTA Bus Company program shall be responsible for maintaining continuation health coverage under Section 4980B of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and Part 6 of Title I of ERISA for those employees of the Transit Alliance Companies who are not hired by the MTA and who do not continue employment with a Transit Alliance Company, Varsity, or any other related or affiliated entity, and their qualified beneficiaries. The MTA Bus Company will cause the waiver of all pre-existing conditions, exclusionary provisions and waiting period requirements with respect to coverage of MTA Transit Alliance Company Employees and MTA Transit Alliance Company Retirees (and their dependents/beneficiaries) under all health and welfare plans in which such individuals are eligible to participate after the Transition Date to the extent such individuals were not subject to any such conditions, exclusions or requirements under the Health and Welfare Plans immediately prior to the Transition Date. The MTA Bus Company will credit any MTA Transit Alliance Company Employees and MTA Transit Alliance Company Retirees (and their respective eligible dependents/beneficiaries) with any amounts paid during the plan year in which the Applicable Transition Date occurs for purposes of satisfying deductible amounts, out-of-pocket limits, or similar limits under any MTA Bus Company plan in which such individuals participate during the plan year in which the Applicable Transition Date occurs.
