Common use of Establishment of Reserve Fund and Funding Accounts Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Reserve Fund and Funding Accounts. (a) (i) The Trustee, for the benefit of the Series 2003-1 Certificateholders, shall cause to be established and maintained in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, an Eligible Deposit Account (the "Reserve Fund") which shall be identified as the "Reserve Fund for the Distribution Financial Services Floorplan Master Trust, Series 2003-1" and shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Series 2003-1 Certificateholders.

Establishment of Reserve Fund and Funding Accounts. (a) (ia)(i) The Trustee, for the benefit of the Series 20032000-1 3 Certificateholders, shall cause to be established and maintained in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, an Eligible Deposit Account (the "Reserve Fund") which shall be identified as the "Reserve Fund for the Distribution Financial Services Floorplan Master Trust, Series 20032000-13" and shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Series 20032000-1 3 Certificateholders.

(a) (ia)(i) The Trustee, for the benefit of the Series 20032000-1 2 Certificateholders, shall cause to be established and maintained in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, an Eligible Deposit Account (the "Reserve Fund") which shall be identified as the "Reserve Fund for the Distribution Financial Services Floorplan Master Trust, Series 20032000-12" and shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Series 20032000-1 2 Certificateholders.
