Common use of Establishment of the Cash Trap Reserve Accounts Clause in Contracts

Establishment of the Cash Trap Reserve Accounts. As of the Series 2015-1 Closing Date, the Issuer has established with the Trustee an account designated as the Issuer Cash Trap Reserve Account in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties, bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Secured Parties (the “Issuer Cash Trap Reserve Account”). As of the Series 2020-1 Closing Date, the Canadian Co-Issuer has established with the Trustee an account designated as the Canadian Co-Issuer Cash Trap Reserve Account in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties, bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Secured Parties (the “Canadian Co-Issuer Cash Trap Reserve Account” and together with the Issuer Cash Trap Reserve Account, the “Cash Trap Reserve Accounts”). The Cash Trap Reserve Accounts shall be Eligible Accounts.
