ESTATE TO RECEIVE BENEFITS/PAYMENTS. In the event that Executive becomes entitled to receive any severance benefits or payments under Sections 4.3(a) (b) or (c)(i)(ii) or (iv) above, and Executive dies before all such benefits or payments are made by Company, the balance of such benefits or payments shall be paid to Executive's estate.
