Estimated attendance. FIPS-Mouche requires a minimum of six (6) complete teams to have a valid FIPS- Mouche Championship. The IO requires a minimum of 6 (six) for the championship to be financially feasible. Should this minimum number not be attained, the championship will be cancelled in common agreement between both parties above (Art 1). This decision must be taken at least six (6) months before the start of the championship. 10 (ten) teams are expected to take part in the championship. A maximum of eight (8) members is allowed per team (6 athletes, 1 captain, 1 manager). Extra delegation members shall be registered as accompanying person. There will be 2 (two) FIPS-Mouche board members present. FIPS-Mouche will provide the names of these members at least 6 months before the start of the championship. FIPS-Mouche will provide International Supervisors for all “bank” competitions. Some guests of honour and guests are expected to attend. The number at the time of the inspection however was unknown.
Estimated attendance. List of qualified experienced instructors who can obtain a CEP Instructor certification, in accordance with the Guidelines for the SC Approved CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM and teach on a regular basis.
Estimated attendance. User must confirm a final count of the number of Individuals participating in the Activity one week prior to the date of the activity. User agrees to pay for the number of participants confirmed in the final count regardless of whether fewer Individuals actually participate in the event. In the event that more Individuals participate in the Activity than the number provided in the final count, User will pay for the actual number of Individuals.
