Common use of Estimated Delivery Windows Clause in Contracts

Estimated Delivery Windows. UPS may provide Estimated Delivery Windows to UPS My Choice for Business Members. An Estimated Delivery Window is an estimate for the delivery of a shipment, other than shipments for which the UPS My Choice for Business Member is the recipient, that are not shipped under a service level with a committed delivery time, but excluding UPS SurePost shipments. UPS does not guarantee a shipment will arrive by or at the estimated delivery time of an Estimated Delivery Window. Not all shipments will qualify for Pre-Arrival Notifications. The Estimated Delivery Window feature will not be available if outbound shipment visibility is unavailable.
