Estimates and Expenses Sample Clauses
The "Estimates and Expenses" clause defines how cost estimates are provided and how expenses are managed and reimbursed within a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines whether estimates are binding or non-binding, specifies which party is responsible for certain expenses, and may require pre-approval for costs exceeding a set amount. Its core function is to ensure transparency and control over financial obligations, preventing disputes about unexpected costs and clarifying each party's responsibilities regarding payments.
