Common use of Estimations Clause in Contracts

Estimations. If the amounts, as defined in Paragraph 4 above, cannot be determined at such dates as defined in Paragraph 5 above, on an exact basis, such payments will be paid in accordance with a mutually agreeable formula which will approximate the actual payments.
