ESTOPPEL AGREEMENTS. Tenant shall execute an estoppel agreement in favor of any mortgagee or purchaser of Landlord’s interest herein, within ten (10) business days after requested to do so by Landlord or any such mortgagee or purchaser. Such estoppel agreement shall be in the form reasonably requested by Landlord or such mortgagee or purchaser.

Tenant shall within five business days of the request execute an estoppel agreement in favor of any mortgagee or purchaser of Landlord’s 's interest herein, within ten (10) business days after if requested to do so by Landlord or any mortgagee provided such mortgagee or purchaser. Such estoppel agreement shall be in the form reasonably requested by Landlord or such mortgagee or purchaserstandard form.
