Common use of Estoppel Certificate by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Estoppel Certificate by Landlord. At any time and from time to time, within ten (10) days after written request by Tenant, Landlord shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Tenant a statement in writing certifying all matters reasonably requested by Tenant or any current or prospective transferee, or purchaser of Tenant or any current or prospective lender to Tenant or transferee, including without limitation the nature of known defaults by Tenant under the Lease, if any. Landlord acknowledges and agrees that it understands that any statement delivered (or to be delivered) pursuant to this Article 11 may be relied upon by any current or prospective transferee, or purchaser of Tenant, or any current or prospective lender to Tenant or transferee.
