Ethical Conduct and Related Covenants. Each Party will perform its obligations under this Agreement, in a diligent, legal, ethical, and professional manner. Any representation made by either Party concerning Products or Services shall be in compliance with the covenants in of this Agreement. Neither Party will disparage the other Party, or the other Party's products or services.
