Ethics Policies. Executive agrees to comply with and be bound by the Ethics Policies of the Company, as reflected in the attachment at Annex A hereto and made a part hereof.
Ethics Policies. Executive shall comply with and be bound by any Ethics Policies adopted by IMH and Infinet, respectively, from time to time, that are communicated to Executive in writing. Executive also shall comply with and be bound by IMH's and Infinet’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policies and procedures, respectively, that are generally applicable to employees and/or senior officers and are communicated in writing to Executive.
Ethics Policies. Service Provider will comply, and cause its officers, directors, employees, agents and subcontractors to comply, with ethical standards and corporate social responsibility policies at least as stringent as Customer’s own standards and policies, as such standards and policies may be updated from time to time and are disclosed in writing to Service Provider.
Ethics Policies. Each Member represents and warrants that it will require its employees and representatives to comply with Applicable Law and do nothing to cause the Company or any other Member to be in violation of any Applicable Law. Each Member represents and warrants that it has in place policies and procedures to detect and prevent any conduct in connection with Program activities that would constitute a violation of Applicable Law related to the work connected to the Program. Specifically, each Member commits, with respect to Program activities, that it will, and will cause its employees including any employees that it seconds to the Company or another Member or their respective Affiliates, to be in compliance with established policies and procedures governing ethics and compliance for that Member.

  • Ethics No officer, agent or employee of the Board is or shall be employed by Provider or has or shall have a financial interest, directly or indirectly, in this Agreement or the compensation to be paid hereunder except as may be permitted in writing by the Board’s Code of Ethics, adopted May 25, 2011 (11-0525-PO2), as amended from time to time, which policy is hereby incorporated by reference into and made part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein.

  • BUSINESS ETHICS During the course of pursuing contracts, and the course of contract performance, Provider will maintain business ethics standards aimed at avoiding real or apparent impropriety or conflicts of interest.   • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4. 1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • Safety Policy Each employer is required by law to have a safety policy and program. TIR will ask for and may require a copy of that policy and program.

  • Company Policies and Procedures 7.1.1 The Company will ensure that Employees are able to readily access Company policies and procedures that apply to the Employees. 7.1.2 The Employees will observe and act in accordance with Company policies and procedures that apply to the Employees, as implemented and amended from time to time.
