EURIBOR Determination; Replacement Reference Banks. (a) Where the Floating Rate applies in respect of any Funded Loan Portion, the determination of EURIBOR made by the Funding Entity pursuant to the Funding Agreement as notified to the Borrower by the Facility Agent shall be applicable for the purposes of this Agreement.
