Common use of Euroclear and Clearstream Clause in Contracts

Euroclear and Clearstream. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Initial Purchasers in arranging for the Securities to be eligible for clearance and settlement through the facilities of Euroclear and Clearstream and use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain such eligibility for settlement through the facilities of Euroclear and Clearstream for so long as the Securities are eligible for resale.

Euroclear and Clearstream. The Company will cooperate with the Initial Purchasers and use their commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Initial Purchasers in arranging for permit the Securities to be eligible for clearance and settlement through the facilities of Euroclear and Clearstream and use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain such eligibility for settlement through the facilities of Euroclear and Clearstream for so long as the Securities are eligible for resaleremain outstanding.

Euroclear and Clearstream. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Initial Purchasers in arranging for the Securities to be eligible for clearance and settlement through the facilities of Euroclear and Clearstream Clearstream, as applicable, and use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain such eligibility for (or, in the event that Euroclear or Clearstream no longer perform such procedures, to assist in arranging and maintaining such eligibility on a similar clearing and settlement through the facilities of Euroclear and Clearstream system) for so long as the Securities are eligible for resaleremain outstanding.
