Eurodollar Tranches Sample Clauses

Eurodollar Tranches. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, each Eurodollar Tranche shall be in an amount equal to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or a whole multiple of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) in excess thereof and there shall be, in the aggregate, no more than 10 Eurodollar Tranches outstanding at any one time.

Eurodollar Tranches. Each Eurodollar Tranche shall bear interest at the LIBO Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Tranche plus the Applicable Margin, but in no event to exceed the Highest Lawful Rate.
