Evacuation of Facility. User will fully cooperate with Owner should it become necessary in the sole judgment of Owner to evacuate the premises because of a bomb threat, or for any other reasons of public safety. Sufficient time to complete the presentation without additional charge may be provided as long as such time does not interfere with another scheduled event. If in the sole discretion of Owner, it is not feasible to complete the presentation, fees may be forfeited, prorated, or adjusted at the discretion of Owner based on the situation.
