Evading and Avoiding. The Borrower will not engage in, or permit any of its Affiliates or any director, officer, employee, agent or other Person acting on behalf of the Borrower in any capacity in connection with or directly benefitting from the Agreement to engage in, or to conspire to engage in, any transaction that evades or avoids, or has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate, any of the prohibitions set forth in any Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Sanctions.
