Common use of Evaluation Licence Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Licence. The Trial edition of VISURE REQUIREMENTS is not free software, but a free-of-charge edition of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, which is available for testing purposes only. Consequently, the liabilities of the LICENSER shall be limited as indicated below.
