Evaluation License Indemnification. You will defend, indemnify and hold Cyberbit, its Affiliates and Licensors harmless from any and all claims, damages, and losses, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, including all legal fees and expenses, arising from or in connection to claims brought by any third party relating to Your use of the Software pursuant to the Evaluation License.
