Evaluation Objectives. The evaluation process provides information to the regular faculty member being evaluated, hereinafter called the evaluee, and to the district about performance in the four (4) major categories of the regular faculty job description: student contact-related duties, district/department service, professional development and other required job duties. These are described in the regular faculty job description as appropriate for the employment category. (See Article 17: Job Descriptions.)
