Evaluation of Members on Defined Term Appointment. Athletic coaches on defined term appointments shall receive written evaluations in accordance with the schedule in Table 2. For those members who coach more than one sport, the evaluation shall follow the schedule in Table 2 for the season that concludes last during the year. These evaluations shall be conducted prior to the required notice of renewal/non-renewal. Renewal decisions shall be made following the conclusion of these evaluations.
