ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Terms and Conditions specified herein shall govern all users of xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx. POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the required deposit paid under Clause 2.4 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (if any) to the Assignee bank.
Vendor Logo (Supplemental Vendor Information Only) No response Optional. PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.
License Terms This license is for one full Semester. It cannot be cancelled or terminated except under the conditions cited in this license.
Third Party Terms Subject to the actual language agreed to in the Order by the Contracting Officer. Any third party manufacturer will be brought into the negotiation, or the components acquired separately under Federally-compatible agreements, if any. Contractor indemnities do not constitute effective migration.
Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”
