Evaluators and Observers. ‌ A. No administrator, principal, or other supervisory personnel may evaluate a teacher without having received training in District evaluation procedures. Before evaluating classroom teachers using the evaluation systems required under RCW 28A.405.100, principals and administrators must engage in professional development designed to implement the evaluation system used in the District to maximize rater agreement. The District shall have a plan to develop and sustain rater agreement. B. Teachers assigned to more than one school shall be informed which supervising administrator shall be their assigned evaluator at the beginning of the school year (or at the start of the assignment if employed mid-year).
