Even when using Sub Sample Clauses

Even when using Sub. ­Contractors, the Agency remains responsible for the provision of the Services at all times. The Agency is also responsible for all acts and omissions of its Sub-­Contractors, and the acts and omissions of those employed or engaged by the Sub-­Contractors, as if they were its own. Any obligation on the Agency under this Framework Agreement applies equally to its Sub-­Contractors.
