EVENT ADVERTISING. 11.1. For events open to the public, and if not otherwise agreed, the lessor will place information on the event on Xxxxx’s website. Advertisements issued by the lessor in excess of the above must be paid separately by the lessee. 11.2. The lessor is responsible for setting up hall signs on the day of the event. 11.3. The lessee must provide information such as trademarks, text and images, if appropriate, to the events manager in computer friendly format, no later than 60 days before the event. 11.4. The lessee undertakes, with respect to both the lessor and the lessor’s partners, that the information and other material, such as photographs, that he delivers to the lessor and his partners does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, and that he is authorised to use the material for the purpose of advertising an event. The lessee undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the lessor and his partners against any claims made by a third party that may arise in connection with the above. 11.5. If the lessor so requests, the lessee must submit for approval a draft version of material or copies of photographs, drawings or diagrams relating to the event or to Harpa that the lessee intends to use in connection with the advertising of the event. 11.6. The lessee will be granted, if he so requests, authorisation to use a photograph, one or more, of Harpa, of the interior and the exterior, provided to him by the lessor, for the purpose of advertising the event. The lessee’s use of other photographs or drawings of Harpa are the sole responsibility of the lessee. The lessee shall use the logo/trademark of Harpa, provided to him by the lessor, in presentational material before an event. 11.7. All use of images of Harpa and the use of the logo/trademark of Harpa is subject to the presentation and use being in accordance with the lessor’s policies on the image and presentation of Harpa. The lessee undertakes to fully comply with the lessor’s instructions in this respect.

EVENT ADVERTISING. The students will be working hard to advertise this event with flyers throughout the community. There are also plans for extensive advertisement, both paid and unpaid, advertising in community papers, on radio and television.
EVENT ADVERTISING. The Boosters will advertise for the event, but could use your help. If you are able to advertise on your own to promote the bazaar (i.e.: word of mouth, your business flyers with the event noted, Facebook, etc.), it would be greatly appreciated. Our small mountain school will need a lot of help publicizing to make the event successful. We will be accepting vendors selling handcrafted items as well as name brand vendor products. If you sell for a corporation with name brand products (i.e.: Pampered Chef, LulaRoe, Scentsy), we will only accept one business of the same name into the bazaar. It will be first come, first serve. If we receive a second business selling the same products you will be contacted and your payment returned. No sales of weapons or alcohol. Per the WA State Health Dept, you must supply a permit IF you are selling food items. Xxxxx xxxxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxx-xxxxxx/xxxxxx-xxxxxx if you believe you are exempt from needing permit. No selling of concessions (soda, chips, etc.) from your booth.

Host has full permission to use any text, graphics, or images found on Canyon Ministries website or social media to create their own advertising for event, including logos, bios, and event pictures, so long as their use does not harm Canyon Ministries in any way. Canyon Ministries maintains rights to request modification to any advertising, graphics, or images used or created by Host for event.
EVENT ADVERTISING. CLIENT shall provide VENUE with copies of all advertising and media releases relating to the event(s) described herein at least two business days in advance of the placement or release of said materials. CLIENT agrees to discontinue and/or correct any advertising and announcements of the entertainment and/or activity being presented by CLIENT which VENUE determines, in its sole discretion, to be dishonest, misleading, untruthful, containing incomplete information, damaging to the reputation of VENUE or which does not accurately convey the date(s) of such entertainment and/or activity, the type of admission (general or reserved seating) and the correct ticket price(s). VENUE and CLIENT mutually agree to determine the time at which CLIENT’S event will be announced and/or released to the public.
