Common use of EVENT DETAILS Clause in Contracts

EVENT DETAILS. This Permit relates to the Event further described as follows: Event: ………………….................................................................................. Location(s): as detailed on the Map forming Part 1 of the Schedule attached hereto (“the Map”); For the avoidance of doubt, the Map shows the permitted routes for the Event and all other areas to be utilised by the Organiser in connection with the Event including: • all car parking and viewing areas (and only those car parking and viewing areas shown on the attached map are permitted under this Permit); • all routes to be used by spectators (and only those spectator routes shown on the attached map are permitted under this Permit); • spectator ‘no-go’ areas; • significant man-made hazards such as overhead power lines and underground services, and significant natural hazards such as bodies of deep water and unfenced drops; • all sites to be used for trade stands, catering outlets, car parks and toilets (and only those sites for trade stands, catering outlets, car parks and toilets shown on the attached map are permitted under this Permit). The Map also shows all Commission authorised recreational facilities (such as car parks, walking paths, bridle paths and cycle routes) and indicates which areas of Commission Land (if any) are closed to the Organiser, participants in the Event and those members of the public given access to the Location by the Organiser (the “Closed Areas”) and the Organiser hereby acknowledges and agrees that access to these areas is not permitted under this Permit.
