Event of default by MSEDCL. 6.3.1 The following events shall be construed as events of default on the part of the MSEDCL (the “MSEDCL Event of Default”): (a) termination of the Power Purchase Agreement for reasons attributable to MSEDCL; (b) If MSEDCL is adjudged to be bankrupt or insolvent.
