Event of Loss to the Aircraft. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Loss with respect to the In-Use Aircraft Lessee shall (i) forthwith (and in any event within five days after such occurrence) give to Lessor written notice of such Event of Loss and (ii) comply with Section 8(a)(1):
