Event Settlement Clause Samples

Event Settlement. Following the All Star Game, the Venue will generate a “Settlement Sheet” netting expenses and revenues attributable to PCE 811, LLC and remitting payment to PCE 811, LLC for any amount which is in excess of the Guaranteed Game Fee (assuming a payment is due) via either check or wire transfer. Settlement will take place within thirty (30) days from the end of the 2023 All Star Game.
