Events Affecting the Administrator Clause Samples
The "Events Affecting the Administrator" clause defines specific circumstances or occurrences that may impact the ability of the administrator to perform their duties under the agreement. This clause typically outlines events such as incapacity, resignation, removal, or other situations that could hinder the administrator’s role, and may specify procedures for notification, replacement, or temporary delegation of responsibilities. Its core practical function is to ensure continuity and clarity in the administration of the agreement by preemptively addressing potential disruptions to the administrator’s service.
Events Affecting the Administrator. The withdrawal, bankruptcy, or dissolution of the Administrator, nor the liquidation, reorganization, merger, sale of all or substantially all the stock or assets of, or other change in the ownership or nature of the Administrator, will not dissolve the Fund, and upon the happening of any that event, the affairs of the Fund will be continued without dissolution by the Administrator or any successor entity.
