Events Affecting the Administrator. The withdrawal, bankruptcy, or dissolution of the Administrator, nor the liquidation, reorganization, merger, sale of all or substantially all the stock or assets of, or other change in the ownership or nature of the Administrator, will not dissolve the Fund, and upon the happening of any that event, the affairs of the Fund will be continued without dissolution by the Administrator or any successor entity.
