Events Affecting the Organizer, the Advisor or its Members. (a) If the Organizer or Advisor is not a natural person, the Incapacity, liquidation, reorganization, merger, sale of all or substantially all the stock or assets of, or other change in the ownership or nature of the Organizer or Advisor shall not dissolve the Fund, and upon the happening of any such event, the affairs of the Fund shall be continued by the Organizer or Advisor or any successor entity.
(b) If the Organizer or Advisor is not a natural person, the withdrawal, insanity, incompetency, Incapacity, Disability, expulsion, or removal of any member of the Organizer or Advisor shall not, in and of itself, dissolve the Fund.
