Events Causing Termination. The Partnership shall dissolve, wind up and terminate upon the first to occur of the following: (a) The expiration of the term of the Partnership; (b) The occurrence of an Event of Withdrawal unless the business of the Partnership is continued as provided in Article 8; (c) Upon the written consent of all Partners.
