Common use of Events Causing Termination Clause in Contracts

Events Causing Termination. This Agreement and all restrictions on stock transfer created hereby shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall terminate on the occurrence of the bankruptcy, receivership or dissolution of the Corporation, on the public trading of the Shares, or on the execution of a written instrument by the Corporation and the party or parties who then own Shares subject to this Agreement which terminates the same.
