Events in Connection with the Transfer of Interests. In the event of the Transfer of Interests under this Agreement by a Member, all rights of the Member with respect to the Interest, including Governance Rights to vote such Interest and Financial Rights, shall terminate on the Effective Date of such Transfer as provided in Section below, except for the Member’s right to receive payment therefor.
