Common use of Events of Default and Remedies; Reports of Indenture Trustee; Reports to Issuing Entity Clause in Contracts

Events of Default and Remedies; Reports of Indenture Trustee; Reports to Issuing Entity. (a) The Collateral Agent shall promptly give notice to the Indenture Trustee and the Issuing Entity upon the occurrence of any of the Events of Default set forth in Section 6.01 of the Indenture of which it has knowledge, including any “Notice of Default” pursuant to subsection 6.01(c) of the Indenture (unless it has received notice of any such Event of Default by the Indenture Trustee).
