Common use of Events of Termination, Etc Clause in Contracts

Events of Termination, Etc. Notice of the occurrence of any Event of Termination, Unmatured Event of Termination, Collection Control Event, Non-Reinvestment Event, Amdocs Performance Event, Amdocs Event, accompanied by a written statement of an appropriate officer of the Servicer setting forth details of such event and the action that it proposes to take with respect thereto, such notice to be provided promptly (but not later than two (2) Business Days) after such event occurs and, in the case of an Amdocs Event, the period of time, if any, during which the Amdocs Sub-Servicing Agreement requires Amdocs to continue servicing and collecting the Pool Receivables on substantially the same terms as in effect prior to such Amdocs Event.
