A. CLASS A SHARES

Commissions Except as otherwise provided in our Agreement, in paragraph 2 below or in connection with certain types of purchases at net asset value which are described in the Prospectuses or Statements of Additional Information for the Evergreen Funds, we will pay you commissions on your sales of Shares of such Funds in accordance with the following sales charge schedules* on sales where we receive a commission from the shareholder.
