Evertec BR’s GSM. Evertec BR’s management shall sign the Protocol on the same date as Sinqia’s management. Evertec BR’s GSM shall be held before Sinqia’s GSM is installed, provided that Evertec BR’s GSM shall approve the Transaction contingent upon approval of the matters submitted to Sinqia’s GSM as set forth in this Agreement.
