EVICTIONS/RENT INCREASES. a. You and the other lawful occupants of your apartment can not be evicted or otherwise have your tenancy terminated for other than good cause, nor can the landlord increase the rent for your apartment except as permitted by the Statute. b. In the event that regulation of the Project is terminated pursuant to Section 1(b) of this summary, no tenant residing in any low-income apartment in the Project can be evicted except for good cause, nor can the new landlord increase the rent for your apartment before the close of the three (3) year period following a termination of this agreement pursuant to subsection 1(b) above.
