Common use of Evidence Concerning Impositions Clause in Contracts

Evidence Concerning Impositions. The certificate, advice, xxxx, or statement issued or given by the appropriate officials authorized by law to issue the same or to receive payment of any Imposition of the existence, nonpayment, or amount of such Imposition shall be prima facie evidence for all purposes of the existence, nonpayment, or amount of such Imposition.
