EVIDENCE CONCLUSIVE. An extract from the Security Trustee's records signed by any duly authorised officer of the Security Trustee shall, in the absence of any manifest error, be conclusive for the purpose of this Agreement and shall constitute prima facie evidence in any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
