Evidence, Experts and Advisers. (a) Evidence: In addition to the reports, certificates, opinions and other evidence required by this Indenture, the Company will furnish to the Trustee such additional evidence of compliance with any provision hereof, and in such form, as is prescribed by Applicable Legislation or as the Trustee reasonably requires by written notice to the Company.
