Evidence for utilization of disbursement. Such Disbursement shall at the time of request therefore, be needed immediately by the Borrower for the purpose of purchase or construction or extension or improvement of the Property or any other asset as specified in the End Use of Funds letter, as the case may be, and the Borrower shall produce such evidence of the proposed utilization of the proceeds of the disbursement as is found satisfactory by the Lender.
